Hi Sonia, ideally the workflow should be like this: For the monthly maintenance releases: - String freeze with update of the po files around 15th - Release with the updated po files from Pootle around 22nd Pulling the latest version of the files from translate.koha-community.org is one of the last tasks in the release process. All that you will have changed until that moment will be included in the release. For new releases: The Release Manager will announce a schedule including Feature freeze and String Freeze date some time before the release date. The po files for a new version are created from current files of the last release. So 18.05 will be based on the files from 17.11 - including the changes from all maintenance releases up to that point. Strings unchanged don't have to be retranslated, but there are always new strings and strings marked 'fuzzy' that require you to check, if the existing translation is still correct.
