We're going to start a translation for Turkmen language. I've seen some differences for the .po files in the web site.

For Koha 22.11, all item numbers 125,243 but it is 113,753 for Turkmen. Also ...-installer-UNIMARC.po file doesnot exist.

How can we make same amount of item numbers for new language?
