On Koha 3.2 Manual (en) is possible to download the PDF Version (Full Manual), this URL:

With a little trick, changing the "en" to "es" is possible to download the full manual in Spanish, but with a character encoding problem. Anyone know how this could be solved? Why other languages (like French or Spanish) doesn't have enabled this link?
