Translate Turkish/Russian/Kyrgyz..............
Paul, I will be working on the Turkish translation first. A few points: - I have installed Koha on Aurox version 10.01a (Fedora core 1.0). It works fine, however I have noted a few idiosynchrancies in the install process and will post my install procedure soon. - I installed KOHA version 2.0.1 and would like to start working on the translations. Would work on 2.0.1 be transferable to later versions of KOHA or should I install the latest version and work on translations for it? If You use the tmpl_process3.pl script to build & do your translation, you should be able to use the 2.0.1 as a basis. However, there are a lot of strings that are new or modified. I think there will be around 40-50% of the work that will not have to be done again. -- Paul POULAIN Consultant indépendant en logiciels libres responsable francophone de koha (SIGB libre http://www.koha-fr.org)
Paul, What is the difference between 2.1 version and the 2.2 version? Gerry POULAIN wrote:

The 2.1 is an unstable version. When we think it's stable enough, the next release will be called 2.2.0RC1 and declared stable. There should not be a lot of feature changes between 2.1.3 and final 2.2.0. -- Paul POULAIN Consultant indépendant en logiciels libres responsable francophone de koha (SIGB libre http://www.koha-fr.org)
Paul, I will do it on the 2.1 version then, cannot see doing work over again. Gerry :) POULAIN wrote:
