Additional comment: I had some pain dealing with the new pootle admin interface, not 100% sure I made well. Let me know Important HINTS for the admin pootle interface: * if a user is already a member of a team, you can't directly give him more permissions, you must first remove him. Johan was already a translator, I couldn't add him as reviewer directly. * the user search is case sensitive.
