mmm... pierre, this list is in french only. You should subscribe koha 
english mailing list if you don't speak french.
However, here is the answer to your question, (in french ;-) )

Dans la prochaine version (la 2.2), un bouton permettra de changer la 
langue dans l'OPAC. Cette option existe déjà en Nouvelle zélande, il ne 
reste plus qu'à l'intégrer dans le tronc officiel, ce qui n'est qu'une 
question de jour.
