Il manque tous les modules perl cités sur votre systèmes.
Tout ce que vous avez à faire, c'est lancer les trois commandes suivante 
en tant que root (su ou sudo) :

perl -MCPAN -e 'install "Date::Manip"'

perl -MCPAN -e 'install "HTML::Template"'

perl -MCPAN -e 'install "MARC::Record"'

perl -MCPAN -e 'install "Mail::Sendmail"'
Et relancer ensuite l'installation.
Elle devrait fonctionner.
