chris, is there something hardcoded in circulation with categorycode='C'.
If there is, then we should not change, & keep 'C' in insertjdata.
If there is not, then we can "templatify" the category code (& i'm ok to do it)

Note that i've searched, and found nothing.
the only harcoded values are in C4/Circulation/Circ2.pm, line 579-583
and they don't test 'C'.
