When going to this page after having returned an item, there should be a 
"Borrower Information" panel with the borrower's card number and name.
The card number is a link with some javascript, but clicking on the link
does nothing. (I've checked that javascript is enabled on my browser, and
that it actually works. Brower is Mozilla 1.4,
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030701)
