If you use the 'create manual invoice' process to add a charge to a member's
record (/cgi-bin/koha/maninvoice.pl?bornum=xxxxx), the date that's automatically
inserted along with the charge is incorrect.  On Aug. 15 2003, the date added
was '1990-07-24'
