Using a current CVS install, I cannot recreate this issue - can someone else
please confirm.  Tested both "Create Manual Invoice" and "Create Manual Credit"
both inserted date correctly. checked dates at
"cgi-bin/koha/boraccount.pl?bornum=xxxxx"
