the default MARC21 parameter table has been changed : Nelsonville table is now
the default one.
It's not a bug, it's a default value that you don't like (but other do... )
unsolvable problem... unless we get more than 1 MARC21 default table, and let
the installer choose which one he wants. Possible to add. Send me a working
parameter table - dump marc_*_structure tables - & i could add them during install
