When I click on the "Cat maintenance" link on the Catalogue component in  
2.0.0RC1 I get an Apache error on the resulting link: 

       http://127.0.0.1:8080/cgi-bin/koha/maint/catmaintain.pl

The log file (/usr/local/koha/log/koha-error_log) shows the following entries:
