the notice # (biblio #) is the biblionumber. It has NOTHING to do with the
barcode, which is attached to ITEM.
To loan a book, use circulation module.
If you want to request a book, when it's found, open book detail, and clic on
request.

In fact, the number notice # is affected internally. I could not be shown...
