When you use the 'Add Child' interface to add a juvenile patron, the data is
added by the file insertjdata.pl.  This file has the value 'C' hard-coded as the
category code (line 89).  Unless there is a way to specify a library's juvenile
patron category code as the default 'child' category, this value should probably
be passed by the template.
