Won't fix

line 98 column 43 - Warning: missing </form> before </td>
line 103 column 1 - Warning: discarding unexpected </form>
line 110 column 61 - Warning: discarding unexpected </center>
line 117 column 1 - Warning: discarding unexpected </tr>

These I've fixed in my copy, will need a hand from chris to get it uploaded 
into CVS
