When modify a text value (example a parameter) containing a single quote, only
the text part before the quote is displayed.
Example : considering an itemtype which description is "Toto's example", in the
main page "Toto's example" is correctly displayed but when you click on the edit
button, on the editing page, only "Toto" is displayed.
