Uncontroversial parts fixed in imminent CVS upload. Display fixed and only
koha-httpd.conf appears in code. ServerRoot cannot appear in Apache 1.3.x
VirtualHost sections, so have used full path to logs. Web logs now in
kohalogdir. SetEnv done.
