First of all: there is no way to map bibliosubjects from the parameters 
template.
but...even if you directly add bibliosubject.subject in mysql 
marc_subfield_structure's  kohafield the bulkmarcimport.pl script does not 
populate the bibliosubject table.
Does bulkmarcimport need to call OLDnewsubject in Biblio.pm?
