A search from /cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation.pl will only return results for a
single search term, treating it as a last name. A search for 'smith, j' will
return no results even if there is a John Smith in the catalog.

Member searches from /cgi-bin/koha/members-home.pl will return a list of results
for the same input.
