Logged into OPAC but it says Log In to Koha on these pages:

cgi-bin/koha/opac-reserve.pl?bib=
cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl
cgi-bin/koha/opac-searchresults.pl?
cgi-bin/koha/opac-userupdate.pl
cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?

And when I click the log in link I go to cgi-bin/koha/opac-user.pl where it 
says Hi Ingrid Lacis (without logging in again)
