Overview Description:
  moremember.pl may not work if user request a selected item from request.pl.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Search for any item
  2. Click Request from search results
  3. Fill out info in request.pl and make sure that:
     - Check box "Request" with "Next available..." is unchecked.
     - Check box "Request" in table with column headers Item Type,
       Classification, etc. is checked.
  4. Submit
  5. Click on borrower's first name in newly requested entry.

Actual Results:
  Error: Premature script...

Expected Results:
  Member account detail should be displayed.
