I think use of koha.upgrade is not yet supported, sorry. There is currently no
upgrade path from the 1.2.x stable series to the 1.9.x development series. Yes,
this annoys me too. You could always fund me to fix it before anyone else does,
as I'm currently hacking the main installer.pl around ;-)
