category: Enrollment period=0 --> Member record: Enrollment period is 1 year.
Enrollment period of 2 years worked.

also in "Membership record" page fee is "$30/year, Paid", but in "Confirm
Record" screen fee is same as in category page, so this is maybe a template bug?
