If you try to check out an item which is on reserve (but not yet 'waiting') for
another patron, Koha will ask if you really want to check it out.  If you answer
yes, it will ask if you want to cancel the reserve.  If you answer yes to this,
it will continue to check the item out, but the reserve will not be cancelled.
