More details: the template says '<TMPL_IF name="amountsoutstanding">' (...show
fines and charges), but my untrained eye doesn't see the 'amountsoutstanding'
variable getting set in moremember.pl.

If you take out the condition, partial data is displayed: It outputs the date
and the biblionumber (if present), but not the variables 'amount' or
'amountoutstanding'.
