The variable that comes up empty on these pages is 'loggedinusername'.  Is that
supposed to be set in Auth.pm?  It looks to me like it doesn't work on *any*
pages in the OPAC--can others find an instance where it works?  I see that the
vanilla template doesn't try to display this information.  Maybe because it
never worked?
