Summary: Birthdate in "New Member" does not show dateformat
                    preference correctly
           Product: Koha
           Version: 2.0.0
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Members
        AssignedTo: chris at katipo.co.nz
        ReportedBy: chris at clanhobbs.org
         QAContact: koha-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net

When adding a new user, the birth date entry field shows a sample format of
(mm/dd/yyyy) no matter what dateformat is actually specified in the System
Preferences.

This results in confusion when the dateformat is set to anything but 'us' - for
example, in the default configuration of 'metric', entering a birthdate of
12/27/19xx fails quietly because 27 is not a valid month. Perhaps more confusing
is when one enters 06/07/19xx, which under the metric system gets translated as
July 6, 19xx, and suddenly my wife is very mad at me for being almost a month
late for her birthday... OK, maybe that's just my problem :)
