Today, I found the following bugs installing a tarball from koha CVS.

Uninitialised variable at line 1107 of Install.pm
Apache Username description is incorrect (is it needed for non-root installs?)
Apache configuration file is looked for in the wrong place
Updating Apache configuration description is incorrect
Intranet authentication text may be incorrect (ask koha-devel)
When installing files, non-existant old files are copied
The terminal seems to be left in an unusual state on exit (programs with hidden
passwords fail)
z3950-daemon-options needs a pointer to KohaConfDir
