Uninitialised variable problem is unset domain name, not a koha bug.
Apache username text rewritten.
New possibility for apache2.conf added.
Redirected grep stderr to /dev/null
Can't see a reason for the excess .old dirs yet
Updated z3950-daemon-options and z3950-daemon-shell.sh
