When editing a biblio in /acqui.simple/addbiblio.pl, clicking the 'Add field'
link doesn't always add the correct field.  Clicking the 'add field' link next
to 020 or 035, for instance, adds instead an 010 field.  The problem occurs in
the default template.  There also doesn't seem to be any way to remove the extra
fields once the mistake has been made.
