After 1 hour trying to understand what happends...
The barcode 31000000109284 exists twice. In the biblio JLA #85 (Comic) =>
/cgi-bin/koha/MARCdetail.pl?bib=130229
and in the biblio Going home / (Steel, Danielle.) => detail.pl?bib=37717&type=intra

In the "JLA", it's stored in the MARC record.
In the "Going Home", it's stored in the non-MARC part of Koha.

I agree there is a bug somewhere.
to understand it better, I need :
- to know exactly what you did. 
- to get a dump of you DB for local tests. You can do mysqldump your_db
>file.sql, then tar it, then send it to me (probably make it avaible by FTP)

without you DB, I can't see some internal values I need to understand the origin
of the problem. So, for instance,  I let this bug open.
