Summary: 'Reserve date' and 'end reserve date' should be added
           Product: Koha
           Version: CVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: OPAC
        AssignedTo: chris at katipo.co.nz
        ReportedBy: oleonard at athenscounty.lib.oh.us
         QAContact: koha-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net

The default OPAC template has as part of the 'place reserve' form a place to
specify 'reserve date' and 'end reserve date'. These are non-functional at
present. I propose that these be made functional:

'reserve date' would act as the beginning effective date of the reserve. Before
that date, the item would not be considered on reserve. The purpose of this is
to allow people to plan when they want books set aside for them: I'm going on
vacation this week, but when I get back I'd like to have that book waiting for me.

'End reserve date' would set a date after which the reserve would expire
automatically even if it hadn't been filled. This would allow people to reserve
books that they wanted to take on vacation, but which they didn't want set aside
for them if the book didn't come in before their departure date.
