Why ? 
Because dateaccessioned is managed only in NEWitem, not in MODitem (why ? I
don't know. Maybe it's a bug...)
so, it means data has been "created" by the OLDNEWitem sub, not another one
(even in circulation it seems. Maybe we could dig a little bit if this is a bug
or not.
