I was able to solve the problem by removing all records in the 'z3950queue'
table, and modifying the name field of the LOC record in the 'z3950servers'
table to read 'Library_of_Congress'. There's something unquoted that should be
in the script. I am now able to query LOC, although I never get back any
records, but that will likely be another bug after I experiment some more.
