It would be very helpful to add details to the addbilblio and additem screens so
that users can be confident that they're modifying the correct record.  Adding a
brief notation like that which appears on detail.pl would be very helpful.  This
problem is particularly troublesome on the additem screen, since it's possible
to delete items without being sure of the title.
