After importing records with bulkmarcimport.pl, it seems that not everything
ends up in the right place.  In particular, the number a book represents as part
of a series does not get displayed accurately (it's always 1) until after
rebuilding the non-marc tables.

I do not know which (if any) other fields are affected, or if this is a quirk
which happens only on my system.
