When you click the 'add to shelf' link from MARCdetail.pl or detail.pl, the
popup allows you to add a book to an existing virtual shelf, but doesn't allow
you to create a new one.  Functionality should be added to allow both to happen
at the same time:  Creating of a new virtual shelf and the addition of the
selected item.
