99% chances that this bug is related to the modified Context.pm that causes
search to fail
Koha can't find items.itemnumber in this line :

my ($itemtagfield,$itemtagsubfield) =
&MARCfind_marc_from_kohafield($dbh,"items.itemnumber",$itemtype);

marking it invalid, (as there is a problem on your cvs update or in my commits,
not in Koha itself)
