Running koha.upgrade gives

/software/mysql/bin/mysqldump: Got error: 1044: Access denied for user:
'kohaadmin at localhost' to database 'Koha' when using LOCK TABLES
ls: invalid option -- h
Try `ls --help' for more information.


followed by a Backup Summary of zero items for all categories.
