The 'last borrowed' date in moredetail.pl doesn't follow the date-format setting
in koha parameters.  It also seems to be showing the wrong date.  For instance,
the date displayed for one item is '25/11/2003'  It should be formatted 'us',
'11/25/2003.'  But when the date is checked in MySQL, 'datelastborrowed' for
that item is '2003-08-25'.
