Chris has suggested that this be implemented using the catalogueentry table:
populate the table with titles which have had their articles stripped off
according to the contents of the stopwords table and then order by
catalogueentry title (although for MARC libraries the 245 tag's nonfiling
characters indicator would be much more accurate)
