Steps to reproduce this bug are:

1. Search for and select an item in MARC search mode in the intranet module
2. Click the folder item to edit the biblio item.
3. Click the save button to go to the screen for the item details.
4. Click the folder to edit the item details.
5. Change the barcode so that it matches another existing barcode in the system.

THERE ARE NOW TWO ITEMS WITH THE SAME BARCODE!
