I can stop this bug crashing things, by defining FORMINPUTS and FORMELEMENT on
line 78 ("push @$numbers ..."), but the numbered links so created don't work. To
fix them requires either:
1. Add a opac-new.tmpl or similar
2. Merge opac-new.pl's function into opac-searchresults.pl

Please tell me which is better.
