When doing catalogue / biblio maintenance, it is possible to ammend the barcode
of an existing item. That's fine, but it is possible to change it to be the same
barcode as another existing item.

The system handles this fine, and when doing a search by barcode in the
catalogue, it brings up a search screen with two items .... but it may be a
problem in other modules that do not expect to find multiple matches for the
barcode search field.
