biblioitems.itemtype is currently mapped to 300f by default; this looks wrong.

Likely,

- biblioitems.itemtype should be mapped to 090a given 090a is labelled "Koha
itemtype"
- 090a should have authorized value itemtypes
- 090a should be displayed in some tab
- 300f should have authorized value removed
