This bug affects both 2.0 and CVS head.

In koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/default/en/marcimport/marcimportdetail.tmpl line 27
there is a string "$itemtypeselect". Judging from the context, this should be a
Perl variable that has not been properly templated.
