I tried turning off MARC in preferences and using the addbiblio-nomarc.pl
script, but submitting the form resulted in these errors:

DBD::mysql::db do failed: Access denied for user: 'kohaadmin at localhost' to
database 'Koha' at /usr/local/koha/intranet/modules//C4/Biblio.pm line 332.
Undefined subroutine &main::branches called at
/usr/local/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/acqui.simple/additem-nomarc.pl line 72, <DATA>
line 422.

I'm assuming that addbiblio-nomarc.pl and additem-nomarc.pl should still be
supported since we still have the option in system preferences for switching off
MARC support.
