I'm developing an enhacment to koha. This enhacment willl be enabled by setting
a system preferences variable.

I've created a varible named opac-search-ORT, of type yesNo, default value is
No. The variable stores in the database 0 as it defaults value instead of No (as
expected).

Right now i can't expend time  on this but soem else can.
