It would be very helpful to show the range of MARC tags found under each tab in
the addbiblio interface.  This is especially true now that frameworks allow us
to set up the tabs differently for different kinds of items.

The information is in the database, it would just have to be retrieved:
selecting the first and last tag with tab = 0 and frameworkcode = X, and looping
through the rest of the tabs.
